Every year, hot, creative, and kinky bite-sized shorts (no film is longer than 5 minutes) are submitted by creators from around the world, and the HUMP! Jury selects the best of the best to create joyful, sex-positive, and inclusive feature-length lineups.

What kind of films are shown at HUMP!? HUMP! showcases short, DIY, sex-positive porn and erotica. The films are made by real people—not porn stars—who celebrate their kinks, bodies, genders, and desires with honesty and creativity.  Who makes HUMP! films? Anyone can submit a film to HUMP!—and we mean anyone. Submissions come from everyday people across the globe: couples, singles, queers, kinksters, artists, filmmakers, and first-timers alike. Most have never made a porn film before. What they share is a desire to celebrate authentic, joyful, and radically inclusive sexuality.

 Is this just porn in a theater? Yes! But also no. HUMP! is a communal, one-of-a-kind, hoot-and-holler film festival experience where the audience laughs, gasps, cheers, and gets turned on together. How are the winning films chosen? You do the voting! At the end of the screening, audience members vote for their favorite films. Voting categories include Best Sex, Best Kink, Best Humor, Most Creative, & Best in Show. HUMP! awards $10,000 in cash prizes to the winning films and all filmmakers who make it into the festival get a percentage of every ticket sold!
